I help uncommon founders build game-changing companies without losing themselves
Coach to founders and teams (seed–series D) ready to level up
Uncommon founders don’t fit the mould
They don’t all look and sound alike. They’re not a particular gender, demographic or background. What makes them uncommon is that they are, or aspire to be:
1
Visionary builders determined to change the world
2
Thoughtful technologists focused on purposeful impact
3
Independent thinkers playing their own game, not everyone else’s

Each client has a different idea of success
The important thing is that they see and feel the progress
We work together as a partnership
A deep and trusting relationship dedicated to the journey you’re on and the ups and downs along the way. Coaching that’s holistic and three dimensional.
1
The ‘I’ dimension
Find a way of leading that works for you. We focus on identifying what that looks like whilst maximising your time, energy, motivation, skills, and personal growth.
2
The ‘WE’ dimension
Enjoy thriving relationships with your board, co-founders, leadership team, wider company, friends & family.
3
The ‘IT’ dimension
Build the best version of the company you could imagine through strategy, structures, processes, and key decisions that shape your company’s growth at every stage.
What expertise do I bring?
As a coach
I’m an ICF-accredited coach with training in neuroscience, behaviour change, IFS/Parts work and relationship counselling.
I’ve coached dozens of founders, backed by top tier investors across a wide range of industries. I’m a Partner at Evolution a leading coaching and advisory firm working with clients such as Slack, Instacart, Notion, Dropbox.
As a thought partner
I’ve been in the trenches as a product exec at Pelago Health from pre-seed startup to scaleup with $150m+ in vc-funding; leading new product innovation at GoCardless from growth stage startup to multi-unicorn; and innovating at scale at ebay.
I’ve built teams, hired and fired, sat in front of boards, pitched to investors, and made my fair share of screwups along the way.
As a depth partner
When I was in my twenties my Mum went through an abusive relationship. That was my catalyst for many years of deep work, which led me to teaching yoga, then meditation, then coaching.
I know what it’s like to do the hard, deep work, and to lead others to do the same.
